aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gegebenenfalls funktionelle Medizin und erg\u00e4nzende Therapien<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In dieser Zeit habe ich mit Menschen gearbeitet, die sich von Kreuzbandrekonstruktionen, gefrorenen Schultern, chronischen Kopfschmerzen, Verletzungen durch wiederholte Belastung und jahrelangen Wirbels\u00e4ulenschmerzen erholten.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In all diesen F\u00e4llen zeigt sich immer wieder ein Muster: Menschen <\/span><b>Fixieren Sie ihre Haltung<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Aber immer noch verletzt \u2014, weil das Problem nicht darin besteht, wie sie sitzen, stehen oder heben.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Problem ist, wie ihre <\/span><b>Das Nervensystem reguliert den Muskeltonus<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Auf der Suche nach Komfort wechseln sie alle paar Minuten ihren Stuhl.<\/span><span class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>K\u00f6rperhaltung<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ist die sichtbare Position Ihres K\u00f6rpers.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><b>Ton<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ist die unsichtbare Bereitschaft Ihrer Muskeln, sich zusammenzuziehen.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Befindet sich das Nervensystem in einem l\u00e4ngeren Zustand \u201cKampf oder Flucht\u201d, bleibt der Tonus erh\u00f6ht \u2014 auch im Ruhezustand.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diese st\u00e4ndige Kontraktion auf niedrigem Niveau komprimiert die Gelenke, schr\u00e4nkt den Blutfluss ein und sensibilisiert die Nerven.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es ist, als w\u00fcrde man den ganzen Tag leicht mit den Schultern zucken, ohne es zu merken.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mit der Zeit entsteht dadurch genau das Unbehagen, f\u00fcr das die Leute verantwortlich sind \u201cschlechte K\u00f6rperhaltung\u201d<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8be1cf7 e-flex e-con-boxed \u2014 einsatzbereit<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Parasympathisch<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (\u201causruhen, verdauen, reparieren\u201d) \u2014 bereit zur Erholung<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In einem idealen System bewegen Sie sich reibungslos zwischen beiden. Aber Stress \u2014 k\u00f6rperlich, geistig, emotional \u2014 kann das Gleichgewicht in Richtung einer st\u00e4ndigen sympathischen Aktivierung verschieben.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das bedeutet, dass Ihr K\u00f6rper Spannung h\u00e4lt <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nur f\u00fcr den Fall<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, auch wenn du vollkommen still bist.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Und wenn Ihr Gehirn eine Bedrohung wahrnimmt (auch unbewusst), kann es diese Muskeln auf unbestimmte Zeit \u201cauf der Hut\u201d
