style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s like having your shoulders slightly shrugged all day without realising it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over time, this creates the very smoothly between the two. But stress \u2014 physical, mental, emotional \u2014 can tip the balance toward constant sympathetic activation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That means your body holds tension <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">just in case<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, even when you\u2019re perfectly still.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight:
