style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, m\u00e9decine fonctionnelle et th\u00e9rapies d\u2019appoint<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durant cette p\u00e9riode, j\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 avec des personnes en convalescence \u00e0 la suite de reconstructions du LCA, d\u2019\u00e9paules gel\u00e9es, de maux de t\u00eate chroniques, de l\u00e9sions dues aux efforts r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs et de douleurs \u00e0 la colonne vert\u00e9brale qui duraient depuis des ann\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans tous ces cas, un seul sch\u00e9ma continue d\u2019appara\u00eetre\u00a0: les gens <\/span><b>r\u00e9parer leur posture<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mais ils souffrent quand m\u00eame \u2014 parce que le probl\u00e8me n\u2019est pas leur fa\u00e7on de s\u2019asseoir, de se tenir debout ou de soulever.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le probl\u00e8me est comment leur <\/span><b>le syst\u00e8me nerveux r\u00e9gule le tonus musculaire<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certains de mes patients arrivent avec une posture impeccable et des configurations ergonomiques classiques.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ils s\u2019\u00e9tirent, ils se renforcent, ils font leurs exercices prescrits.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et encore:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leurs muscles se sentent \u00ab\u00a0tendus\u00a0\u00bb avant m\u00eame de commencer la journ\u00e9e.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ils changent de chaise toutes les quelques minutes, \u00e0 la recherche de r\u00e9confort.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00eame une activit\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8re laisse leur dos tendu.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce n\u2019est pas de la paresse.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce n\u2019est pas \u00ab\u00a0une mauvaise forme\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il n\u2019ignore pas le plan. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est un syst\u00e8me nerveux coinc\u00e9 dans un sch\u00e9ma de <\/span><b>protection excessive du corps<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: nerveux est dans un \u00e9tat prolong\u00e9 de \u00ab\u00a0combat ou fuite\u00a0\u00bb, le ton reste \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u2014 m\u00eame au repos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette contraction constante de bas niveau comprime les articulations, restreint le flux sanguin et sensibilise les nerfs.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est comme avoir les \u00e9paules l\u00e9g\u00e8rement hauss\u00e9es toute la journ\u00e9e sans le savoir.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au fil du temps, cela cr\u00e9e le malaise m\u00eame (\u201ccombattre ou fuir\u201d) \u2014 pr\u00eat \u00e0 l\u2019action<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Parasympathique<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (\u201creposer, dig\u00e9rer, r\u00e9parer\u201d) \u2014 pr\u00eat \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans un syst\u00e8me id\u00e9al, vous vous d\u00e9placez en douceur entre les deux. Mais le stress \u2014 physique, mental, \u00e9motionnel \u2014 peut faire pencher la balance vers une activation sympathique constante.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cela signifie que votre corps maintient la tension <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">au cas o\u00f9<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, m\u00eame quand tu es parfaitement
