Lorsque le c\u00f4t\u00e9 sympathique (lutte ou fuite) l\u2019emporte sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 parasympathique (repos et r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration), la r\u00e9gulation de la temp\u00e9rature corporelle devient erratique. On pense que c\u2019est l\u2019un des facteurs physiologiques \u00e0 l\u2019origine des bouff\u00e9es de chaleur.<\/span><\/p><p><b>La m\u00eame semaine, la clart\u00e9 cognitive s\u2019est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je me suis assis pour r\u00e9diger un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de projet qui me prendrait normalement deux heures improductives, et l\u2019ai termin\u00e9 en quarante minutes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J\u2019ai envoy\u00e9 l\u2019e-mail et je me suis regard\u00e9, ann\u00e9es, je me r\u00e9veillais \u00e0 3 heures du matin, tremp\u00e9, avec des pens\u00e9es intrusives d\u00e9j\u00e0 actives, et incapable de m\u2019endormir avant environ 5 heures.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La plupart du temps, j\u2019abandonne \u00e0 5h30 et je me l\u00e8ve.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je portais l\u2019appareil depuis une heure avant de me coucher depuis deux semaines\u00a0: la premi\u00e8re nuit de la troisi\u00e8me semaine, j\u2019ai dormi jusqu\u2019\u00e0 6h14.<\/span><\/p><p><b>J\u2019ai v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 mon t\u00e9l\u00e9phone trois fois parce que je pensais vraiment avoir mal lu l\u2019heure.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La nuit suivante\u00a0:
