Quand un appel difficile s\u2019est termin\u00e9, je ne l\u2019ai pas report\u00e9 \u00e0 la prochaine chose pendant une heure. La r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration entre les moments stressants \u00e9tait devenue plus rapide.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Puis celui du HRV a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 bouger.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le neuvi\u00e8me jour, ma lecture d\u2019Oura est arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 44, bien au-dessus du 38 qu\u2019elle avait en moyenne depuis deux ans. Je pensais que c\u2019\u00e9tait un coup de chance, mais le jour dix est arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 46, le jour onze \u00e0 43 et le jour douze \u00e0 47. J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre des captures d\u2019\u00e9cran parce que je n\u2019y faisais pas vraiment confiance.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La fatigue \u00e9tait le troisi\u00e8me domaine o\u00f9 j\u2019ai remarqu\u00e9 un changement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le ralentissement du milieu de l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi autour duquel j\u2019avais planifi\u00e9 mes journ\u00e9es s\u2019est adouci.
