Plus haut est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement mieux, et plus bas signifie g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sous un stress physiologique plus important et ne pas bien r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer de ce que vous traversez.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9f5550a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9f5550a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J\u2019ai achet\u00e9 une bague Oura pour am\u00e9liorer mon sommeil, je me suis de plus en plus concentr\u00e9e sur les donn\u00e9es et, moins d\u2019un mois apr\u00e8s, je v\u00e9rifiais mon HRV avant m\u00eame d\u2019avoir pris un caf\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Le mien avait 34 ans.\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il avait 34 ans depuis que j\u2019avais poss\u00e9d\u00e9 la bague, et peu importe ce que je lui lan\u00e7ais, elle ne bougeait pas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J\u2019ai utilis\u00e9 une application de m\u00e9ditation deux fois par jour pendant six mois, un hiver de douches froides, toutes les techniques de respiration sur Internet, du magn\u00e9sium et de la glycine avant le lit, un \u00e9tirement sans alcool, des heures de coucher plus t\u00f4t et une pause caf\u00e9ine apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9jeuner. Chaque chose a fait monter mon nombre pendant une semaine ou deux, puis il est toujours redescendu \u00e0 34.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au bout d\u2019un moment, j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 donner plus de sens au chiffre que ce qui \u00e9tait probablement sain.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je me r\u00e9veillais, v\u00e9rifiais la sonnerie et j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer le score comme un indicateur de ce que serait ma journ\u00e9e avant m\u00eame de m\u2019\u00eatre lev\u00e9. Un faible score et je me sentirais d\u00e9j\u00e0 en retard. Je savais que ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas sain, et je ne pouvais pas non plus m\u2019arr\u00eater.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Ensuite, un coll\u00e8gue a mentionn\u00e9 la stimulation du nerf vague.\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elle a \u00e9galement suivi son HRV, et elle a dit que le sien avait grimp\u00e9 r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement depuis qu\u2019elle avait commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser un appareil. J\u2019avais vaguement entendu parler de la technologie et je l\u2019avais class\u00e9e dans une autre tendance bien-\u00eatre, mais ce n\u2019est pas quelqu\u2019un qui tombe dans le panneau, et elle m\u2019a montr\u00e9 son dossier. La ligne de tendance \u00e9tait constamment \u00e0 la hausse.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J\u2019ai v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 le site Web de l\u2019entreprise, vu la garantie de remboursement de 30 jours et d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mener une v\u00e9ritable exp\u00e9rience. C\u2019\u00e9tait un l\u00e9ger picotement, rien de plus.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pendant trois jours, mon HRV n\u2019a rien fait\u00a0: il indiquait 34, puis 35, puis 34. J\u2019avais vu suffisamment d\u2019interventions \u00e0 plat dans mes propres donn\u00e9es pour reconna\u00eetre le sch\u00e9ma familier de l\u2019absence de changement significatif.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Je pr\u00e9parais d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019e-mail de remboursement dans ma t\u00eate.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le quatri\u00e8me jour, j\u2019ai bien lu le manuel et j\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que je faisais de courtes sessions. La dur\u00e9e recommand\u00e9e \u00e9tait d\u2019au moins quinze minutes, et j\u2019en avais fait moins de dix. Alors je l\u2019ai port\u00e9 pendant un peu plus de quinze minutes en r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 des e-mails ce matin-l\u00e0.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Et j\u2019ai remarqu\u00e9 un changement subtil.\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mes \u00e9paules n\u2019\u00e9taient pas autour de mes oreilles, ma m\u00e2choire n\u2019\u00e9tait pas serr\u00e9e, et une couche de tension d\u2019arri\u00e8re-plan que j\u2019avais rarement remarqu\u00e9e s\u2019\u00e9tait dissip\u00e9e, avait disparu. Je ne me suis soudainement pas senti diff\u00e9rent. Je pensais que c\u2019\u00e9tait un bug. Mais le dixi\u00e8me jour est arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 43, le onzi\u00e8me \u00e0 40 et le douzi\u00e8me jour \u00e0 44. Ma moyenne hebdomadaire avait bondi de 34 \u00e0 42.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 faire des captures d\u2019\u00e9cran tous les matins parce que je n\u2019avais vraiment pas confiance en ce que je voyais.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Les changements subjectifs sont devenus plus visibles environ une semaine plus tard.\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J\u2019occupais toujours le m\u00eame poste, je faisais toujours les m\u00eames r\u00e9unions, je r\u00e9pondais toujours au m\u00eame volume de messages, mais je ne finissais pas la journ\u00e9e en me sentant mentalement \u00e9puis\u00e9.
