Ou bien avez-vous essay\u00e9 de r\u00e9initialiser votre rythme circadien alors que quelqu\u2019un avait jur\u00e9 qu\u2019il fonctionnerait enfin.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vous avez suivi le conseil aussi attentivement que possible.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et pourtant.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre 2 et 4 heures du matin, <\/span><b>tu t\u2019es r\u00e9veill\u00e9 en sursaut.<\/b><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le c\u0153ur qui bat la chamade. Les pens\u00e9es sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 en train de courir. Le corps se tend \u2013 comme si quelque chose venait de se produire, bien que rien ne se soit pass\u00e9.<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tu respires. Tu changes de position. Tu fixes le plafond. Une heure passe. Parfois deux.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au matin, tu es \u00e9puis\u00e9. Et de plus en plus frustr\u00e9 \u2013 parce que tu as tout fait correctement.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pendant des ann\u00e9es, le sommeil perturb\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9 comme un probl\u00e8me d\u2019habitude. Les gens corrigent donc leurs habitudes. Ils optimisent tous les aspects de leur routine de sommeil \u2013 et se retrouvent encore bien \u00e9veill\u00e9s \u00e0 3 heures du matin, se demandant pourquoi rien ne semble aider.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais voici ce qui est souvent manqu\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beaucoup de gens pensent qu\u2019ils se r\u00e9veillent parce qu\u2019ils sont encore stress\u00e9s. m\u00eame cycle.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les gens am\u00e9liorent leurs habitudes de sommeil, mais ont encore du mal \u00e0 se d\u00e9connecter \u2013 parce que le probl\u00e8me n\u2019est pas toujours leur routine du coucher. <\/span><b>Le probl\u00e8me est souvent l\u2019\u00e9tat physiologique dans lequel leur corps reste lorsqu\u2019ils essaient de Ce ne sont pas simplement de mauvaises habitudes de sommeil. Ce n\u2019est pas un manque de volont\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Beaucoup d\u2019entre eux n\u2019\u00e9taient pas seulement stress\u00e9s. Ils \u00e9taient la personne sur laquelle tout le monde comptait. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et ce genre de responsabilit\u00e9 ne dispara\u00eet pas tout simplement.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beaucoup de ces personnes ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait des changements, r\u00e9duit leur stress ou d\u00e9pass\u00e9 la p\u00e9riode difficile qui a d\u2019abord perturb\u00e9 leur sommeil.
