Det spelar en huvudroll i det parasympatiska nervsystemet \u2014 kroppens \u201cvila och sm\u00e4lta \u201d motsvarighet till \u201ckamp eller flygning. \u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00e5 det senaste har det blivit ett surrord. Jag k\u00e4nde mig skarpare p\u00e5 eftermiddagen. Vid vecka tre m\u00e4rkte jag att jag \u00e5terh\u00e4mtade mig snabbare efter tr\u00e4ningspass. Mina HRV-po\u00e4ng \u2014 m\u00e4tt med min b\u00e4rbara \u2014 steg konsekvent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00e5 dag 45 hade n\u00e5got annat f\u00f6rskjutits. Jag fann att jag beh\u00f6vde mindre koffein. Min matsm\u00e4ltning f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrades m\u00e4rkbart \u2014 inklusive det subtila men ber\u00e4ttande tecknet p\u00e5 att h\u00f6ra en mage gn\u00e4lla efter m\u00e5ltider. K\u00e4nslom\u00e4ssigt k\u00e4nde jag mig mer balanserad. Saker som normalt skulle irritera mig fastnade inte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I slutet av 60 dagar var jag inte bara mindre orolig. Jag var mer motst\u00e5ndskraftig.
